For your maximum comfort we have prepared a new, spacious, fully equipped apartment with two large bedrooms in the new Krakonoš Residence, which is located less than 650 m from the cable car station to Sněžka and Růžová Hora and next to the Relax Park Pec bobsled track. There is also a stop of the local ski bus, which will take you to the ski lifts and cable cars free of charge.

Apartment 431

Located on the quiet 4th floor with a west facing view. The high beamed ceilings allude to the classical architecture typical for the Krkonoše mountains. The area of the apartment is 62 square meters, it also includes a cubicle no 4.31 for storing skis or other sports equipment and a large balcony of 14 sq. m for relaxing in the fresh air. The apartment has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. It offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people, with a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people if required and at an additional cost. Free high quality Wi-Fi connection is available at the property. Parking space No. 24 in the underground garage is available to you for the entire stay. From the garage you can get to the 4th floor by an elevator.

Sofa set with a bed size of 150 cm x 200 cm, coffee table, floor lamp and 55″ Smart TV. For comfortable dining there is a large dining table with a bench and three chairs. In the drawers under the bench you will find appliance manuals or board games. The bench also houses a plug-in module with USB inputs for convenient charging of your mobile devices. You can adjust the design lighting of the space with the remote control or by repeatedly pressing the switch.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed made of solid oak with a size of 180 cm x 200 cm, bedside tables and a spacious built-in wardrobe. For your comfortable and healthy sleep, the beds have a luxurious 7-zone foam mattress with a layer of VISCO memory foam. The bed height is a comfortable 63 cm. There is also a 43″ Smart TV. You can adjust the lighting with the remote control. Free bed linen is provided.

In the spacious hallway you will be welcomed by a wardrobe wall and a large mirror. From the hallway you can enter the separate toilet, the bathroom, the bedroom and the living room area. The bathroom has a large mirror, a sink and a spacious shower. There is also a hairdryer and a washer-dryer. Towels are provided.

The ski and sports equipment storage room is located next to the apartment and has an electric boot dryer and a ski rack. A stick vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and a clothes dryer are also available.

The width of the parking space No. 24 is 340 cm and the height of the entrance gate is 260 cm.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for people suffering from allergies. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
